General Policies:
5000L deposit required for events over 10,000L. Half down deposit for events under 10,000L.
Payments must be made at the terminal in the store's front lobby.
All events must be paid for completely within 72 hours before the event to hold your date and time, or all money paid is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Payments made on an event that is cancelled more than 72 hours before the event will be converted to a future booking that must be held within 4 months of the original booking.
Event date and/or time changes must be made one week or more before the event to ensure the availability of staff. More than one date or time change will be charged an additional fee.
All weddings require a 30-minute rehearsal with the entire wedding party to go through and adjust the animation system
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion. If we cancel your booking for any reason more than 72 hours before the event, a refund will be issued for any money paid.
